Bis 1903 war in diesem Haus das Katasteramt des Kreises Wipperfürth.

Amtsleiter war der Kataster-Kontrolleur Bettenworth, ein ehemaliger schneidiger Reserveoffizier. Danach wurde es zum einem Wohnhaus.
